Our Team

Aaron Peskin is an attorney at Kang Haggerty LLC, a boutique law firm with offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Aaron specializes in complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and helping startup companies get off the ground with an emphasis on the brewing industry. Before joining Kang Haggerty in 2025, Aaron was a founding parter of the the Ferrara Law Group, where he practiced for over 10 years. Aaron was also an associate at two large Philadelphia law firms and a smaller boutique firm with offices across the country.

In addition to his legal work, Aaron has extensive experience assisting non-profits. He was President and General Counsel of the Philadelphia Homebrew Club, Secretary and General Counsel of Philly Loves Beer (the organization responsible for Philly Beer Week) and a board member of Angel Flight East, an organization dedicated to providing no-cost flights to patients in need of specialized medical treatment. Most recently Aaron joined the board as Vice President and General Counsel of Inter Philly, F.C., the premier youth soccer club in Philadelphia that was the product of a merger of three predecessor clubs.

Aaron earned his bachelors degree at the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in European History, played lightweight football, and spent a semester in Prague, Czech Republic. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he played for UVA in the UVA Law Softball Invitational, an inter-law-school softball competition that routinely raises in excess of $10,000 for legal charities.

Aaron has played baseball/softball since he was 10 years old and joined Philadelphia Adult League Softball (PALS) in 2019 for the camaraderie and friendly competition. He is originally from Massachusetts and lives in Society Hill, Philadelphia with his wife Lexi, daughters Charlotte and Jane, and cats Mushroom and Kurumi. While Charlotte has given up all sports, Jane is a born athlete who plays softball (in addition to soccer and ice hockey) and Aaron’s dream is play with her in PALS, hopefully before his body inevitably breaks down.
