Neil is a former team captain of the longest serving PALS team and he participates in many of the local volunteering events sponsored by PALS. In 2019, he traveled to Belize for the PALS inaugural service trip. This engagement led to him being inducted into the PALS Hall of Fame.

He holds a Professional Engineer license in structural engineering and currently works in public and rail transportation. Originally from Central Jersey, he has resided in East Passyunk since 2009 where he lives with his partner, Victoria, and their cat, Chewbacca.
