Our Team

Rob Werkheiser is the Director of SOX Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management at Medifast, Inc., bringing over 15 years of experience to the information technology and public accounting sectors. A Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he has worked extensively with organizations across a diverse array of industries, including insurance, consumer packaged goods, technology, telecommunications, energy, and asset management to effectively navigate complex regulatory environments, streamline processes, and reduce organizational risk exposure.

Rob graduated from Penn State University, majoring in Security and Risk Analysis with a minor in Information Sciences and Technology. His professional background in risk mitigation and governance is complemented by a lifelong connection to baseball, a sport he has played since childhood. Rob stopped playing baseball upon recognizing that true fame and fortune could be found only in co-ed adult slowpitch softball. He is strong supporter of Change Up Sports' mission and has been an active participant in many of the organization’s charitable initiatives, including twice attending the annual Softball for Success summer camp in Sierra Leone.
