    Stephanie Manasse | Board Member

    Stephanie Manasse, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and an Assistant Research Professor and Director of the Child and Adolescent Program at the Drexel University Center for Weight, Eating, and Lifestyle Sciences. Stephanie's research is focused on improving health and overall well-being in adolescents and adults by developing and testing new ways to reduce disordered eating behavior and increase healthy eating behavior and physical activity. She has over 80 peer reviewed publications in these areas and her work is consistently funded by the National Institutes of Health.

     

    Stephanie grew up playing numerous sports, and played tennis and basketball in high school. She also played one year of Division I tennis at the University of California, Berkeley. Stephanie has been playing recreational softball for the past 15 years and has played with Philadelphia Adult League Softball (PALS) since 2016. She joined PALS on their service trip to Belize in 2019. Stephanie enjoys traveling, particularly to international locations where she can climb mountains. She lives in Wynnewood, PA with her husband, daughter, and dog, Penny.
